The hotel is centrally located and is easily accessible via monorail. It was cleanly maintained although the room was small. The hotel staff were friendly. On the whole true value for money.
The hotel didnt have restaurant facilities. No breakfast or food is available within the hotel. The rooms are small. Local calls were not possible from the room. Although wifi was available, internet was too slow.

They have the option of booking a triple room that actually has proper beds for all three people! The location is great but hard for some taxi's to find as new but it's opposite the Swiss Garden hotel.

This hotel is really excellent. More than what I expect with its value. I'll definitely go again if I go Bukit Bintang area.
The only little things to hesitate is the location to shopping paradise. Need to walk about 10-15mins, even if drive need more time as that area is full time traffic jam. If u dun mind walk a bit as shopping warm up, that hotel really value for money.

The hotel is very new and very clean. The beddings were clean; the towels were new and replaced daily; everything was new and thus, very clean. The room was quite small but good enough for a comfortable sleep. There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby. The shopping area of Bukit Bintang is very near. We just walked along the main road and going back to the hotel, we just crossed the parking lots nearby till we reached the hotel. It was a fabulous find for that price and location, very near the center of Bukit Bintang.
The hotel is not really in the center of Bukit Bintang but it was ok with us. It would have been nice if there's a canteen/coffee shop/ food area inside the hotel.

The rooms are clean. No issues with the facilities.
On the long term some things become annoying like every day you need to reactivate your entry card, the doors are slamming all the time and make a lot of noise on the lobby.

The staff at this hotel are also very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I was pleased to find that the rooms come with breakfast included, which is a nice touch for starting the day off right. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities and the rooms are a good value for the price.
The unreliable internet connection.
